Shipping, returns and exchanges
If you wish to return an item purchased on otisopse.com, you can do so within 15 calendar days of delivery. It's important to note that the package must arrive at our office within this timeframe.
Please note: We offer size or style exchanges at our expense. Once we receive your return, we'll ship the new item at no additional cost. If you'd like to exchange or return your item for a refund, please email info@otisopse.com with detailed photos of the upper and sole of your shoes.
Important: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable; only the value of the products will be refunded.
1. Delivery of goods and acceptance
Shipments are handled by Otisopse web srl (hereinafter simply Otisopse), owner of the website www.otisopse.com. Once the order is confirmed by email (confirmation sent after payment verification), shipment usually occurs within 2 business days for shipments to Italy. For shipments to other European Union countries, delivery time is approximately 7 business days, while for non-EU countries it can take up to 10 business days.
Otisopse undertakes to respect the indicated delivery times, which can be confirmed at the time of shipment at the customer's request, and in any case to complete the delivery within 30 working days.
In the event that the order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability, Otisopse will promptly inform the buyer and refund any amounts already paid.
If the package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery or accept it "with reservations."
2. Shipping costs, taxes and duties
The price of the products is that indicated on the otisopse.com website at the time of the order.
Shipping costs will be indicated during the order process. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the total price indicated in the order includes indirect taxes but excludes any customs duties and other taxes, which will be paid by the buyer. Buyers are advised to check with their country's competent authorities for any applicable duties or taxes.
Any lack of information on additional costs at the time of ordering will not be a reason for termination of the contract or a source of charge for the same to Otisopse.
3. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty within 15 calendar days of delivery of the product or, in the case of multiple products delivered separately in a single order, from delivery of the last product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to info@otisopse.com with photos of the top and bottom of the shoes. Once the images have been verified and your request has been approved, you will be notified of the address to which the products should be shipped.
Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable; only the value of the products will be refunded.
Size or model exchange : If you wish to exchange the size or model, you can return the item within the 15 days provided, and we will send you the new product at our expense, with no additional shipping costs.
The cost and risk of returning the product will be borne by the consumer, except in the case where the product is damaged upon arrival, in which case the costs will be borne by Otisopse, subject to verification of the cause of the damage. If the returned products are worn, damaged, or missing the original accessories (including labels, laces, packaging, etc.), Otisopse reserves the right not to issue a refund. Returns that do not conform to the original conditions or are communicated after the deadline will not be accepted.
Otisopse will refund payments received within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, withholding the refund until the returned goods have been received and inspected. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, or by bank transfer in the case of cash on delivery, unless the customer requests otherwise.
CASES IN WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS EXCLUDED
Pursuant to Art. 59 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and subsequent amendments, the right of withdrawal is excluded in cases where the product has been customized at the customer's request.
