Shipping and Processing Times
Orders are processed by Otisopse from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Orders received during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed starting from the next available business day.
For available items, shipping normally takes place within the first business day following order confirmation, subject to stock verification and, for new customers, any necessary payment data checks.
During periods of high traffic, such as sales, promotions, special events, or national holidays, processing and delivery times may vary.

International shipping rates vary based on the destination and the number of pairs ordered.
For reference, 1 pair corresponds to approximately 2 kg of volumetric weight.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout, before final purchase confirmation.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the order total may not include potential customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges, which remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking for any additional costs with your country's customs authorities in advance.
The application of such costs cannot be a reason for canceling the order or result in any charge to Otisopse.
