Shipping costs for size exchanges are extra and can easily become a significant expense. If the size isn't perfect, between collection, return shipping, and reshipment, you risk spending significantly more than €9.99 (plus wasting time and having to reschedule the pickup).

To avoid surprises, we recommend the Save Size Exchange (only €9.99) : it includes size exchange , home collection directly from your home without having to worry about going to a shipping point, and also shipping of the replacement size .

It's no coincidence that many customers choose it right from their first purchase , to order with greater peace of mind and know that, if the size isn't right, exchanges are simple and free of charge. It's the easiest way to order with peace of mind.

A.1 What's included

By purchasing the Savings Size Change (only €9.99) , the customer is entitled to:

• free size exchange for eligible items in your order;

• free home collection of the product to be exchanged;

• free shipping on replacement size (standard shipping).

The service is designed for size exchanges (same item, different size).

A.2 When can it be requested?

• Size changes can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  

A.3 Product suitability conditions

The product must:

• be intact, unused, with no signs of use;

• have intact and applied labels/tags ;

• be returned with original packaging and accessories (where applicable).

A.4 How the procedure works

1. The customer requests an exchange by emailing cambieresi@otisopse.com, indicating the order number and desired size . Also, send a photo of the upper and sole for inspection.

2. We confirm availability and arrange home collection .

3. After receiving and checking, we will ship the correct size free of charge.

If the requested size is not available, we will offer an alternative (size/color) or the options provided in our policy (refund/credit, if applicable).

A.5 Limitations and exclusions

• Includes size exchange per order (unless otherwise stated).

• Valid ONLY IN ITALY.

A.6 Refund of the cost of the service

The €9.99 service fee is for the service/logistics and is non-refundable as it is a premium service that offers savings on return and reorder shipping costs. It is valid once the order has been processed/shipped or the service has been made available, unless mandatory legal obligations apply.
