Orders are processed by Otisopse from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Orders received during weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next available working day.

For available items, shipping generally takes place within the first working day following order confirmation, subject to stock availability verification and, for new customers, possible payment verification.

During periods of high demand, such as sales, promotions, special events, or national holidays, processing and delivery times may vary.

As an indication, 1 pair corresponds to approximately 2 volumetric kilograms.

Prices, Duties and Taxes

Product prices are those displayed on otisopse.com at the time the order is placed.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout, before the final purchase confirmation.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the total order amount may not include customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges, which remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking in advance with your local customs authorities for any additional costs.
